What We Cannot Help With

Identifying users: We do not have access to user identities
Retrieving lost data: We store user data anonymously, but we cannot identify which account is yours

Frequently Asked Contact Questions

I forgot my Anonymous ID. Can you help me recover it?

We do not have access to your Anonymous ID. It is stored only on your device. If you need a new one, you can generate a fresh Anonymous ID in the app settings.

Can you tell me who sent me an exposure notification?

The notification system is designed for privacy. When you receive a notification, you will see the username of the person you interacted with (as recorded at the time of interaction), but only you and that person know about your interaction. We do not have access to this information.

My app is not working. What should I do?

Make sure you have the latest version installed
Check that Bluetooth is enabled
Ensure the app has the necessary permissions
Try restarting the app or your device
If problems persist, email us with details

How can I verify Just FYI is trustworthy?

Just FYI is source-available. You can:
